  • What is your makeup policy?
Students may attend makeup lessons by recording absences in the portal and scheduling a makeup lesson through the app. Private lesson swimmers may schedule (1) private makeup lesson each quarter. All remaining makeup lessons will need to be completed in a group lesson of the same age and skill level. Semi-Private lesson swimmers may schedule (1) semi-private makeup lesson each quarter. All semi-private lesson makeups must be done with all students enrolled in the class. If 1 of 2 students is unable to attend the makeup lesson the other swimmer will need to complete their makeup in a group lesson of the same age and skill level. Group lesson swimmers may schedule unlimited makeup lessons in any group lesson with an opening of their age and skill level. Please do not ask us to make any exceptions. We reserve the right to change or cancel any class that does not fill. If you know of a future absence, please notify us through your parent portal. If you know in advance that your child will miss a number of lessons, or if your child will be out for an extended time due to illness or vacation, we recommend that you suspend your lessons. If you suspend your lessons for any reason, we cannot guarantee the same swim schedule or instructor when you are ready to return. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, some instructors and certain hours are difficult to get.
